one from your child's school. Paper applications are available in:

Depending
on your family size and other factors, the School Meals Online
Application may take up to 30 minutes to complete. All of the
information you enter into ACCESS NYC is kept private and secure.

In order to fill out and submit an online application, you must create an account. Unless you are an emancipated child,
an adult household member must sign the application. You will be
required to sign your application online (eSign) by entering your account information. Your account is a secure place to store your information in our system and allows you to access it later.
